the location was acceptable, near public transport, restaurants, and shops.

The room i got was in the old part of the hotel. The soundproofing was bad and the air conditioning unit was noisy. housekeeping could be better. There was hair on the floor and the luggage rack was dusty. i wiped it myself with a wet wipe.

The location allows easy access to transportation and various attractions. The interior shows smart design and good upkeep. The staff was helpful, and the free laundry was convenient after my long travel. The lobby offers a bright, airy space for enjoying breakfast.

I encountered a non-functional minibar that lacked even a bottle of water, disappointing. Windows were blocked and inoperable, limiting fresh air. The terrace was dirty, poorly maintained, and inaccessible. Windows with single glass gave poor insulation, causing a cold room.

The lobby bar was convenient. The metro station was nearby. Two tram lines ran in front of the hotel. Breakfast included a wonderful buffet in a very nice dining room.

The room lacked sound insulation. The air conditioning unit made noise.

the hotel staff were very helpful. they quickly changed my room to one with a double bed when i asked! they were polite and happy to accommodate my requests. the bar was also a plus.

the room i initially received was quite small. it looked outdated for the price i paid, i could even see light from the hallway through the door cracks.
